I know it's a funny name, but my mom's name was penny. So naturally, we were named Loonie and Twoonie.

 also known as Norman on my foster home.

Foster mom says I am a handsome goofball. I am a good natured fun loving guy, and I currently live with 4 other dogs and a cat. I get pretty excited about the cat, but that's just because I really want to play. I need to be reminded not to grab the tail feathers of some of my friends....apparently, they don't appreciate it. I am happy to lay around chewing on my toys and have not been destructive. Foster mom says I can get a bit wild when I am over tired, so sometimes I need to take naps and have some chill time. I am working to be well mannered on leash and feel more confident when I have a friend to walk with. On my own, I can be a little more vocal towards other dogs and people, but apparently, this is just because I am a little insecure. I love my people and my friends and would really like to find a home with another dog to play with and help me learn how to be a good boy.
