Bowyn has lived in both foster and family settings, and we’ve learned a lot about what makes him thrive. He bonds deeply with his people and is happiest in a home that provides calm confidence and clear direction. He loves kids, is crate trained, and enjoys playing tug of war with his favourite humans.

Like many livestock guardian mixes, Bowyn is thoughtful and observant. He benefits from structure and does best with a leader who can help guide him when the world gets a little exciting. He currently lives with a pack of dogs here and fits in beautifully. Meal times and routines are smooth and he settles well in a crate.

Bowyn isn’t a fan of overly boisterous or in-your-face dogs, but he enjoys respectful canine company and would do well with a stable dog who matches his energy. He also does great with a fenced yard or on his SpotOn GPS fence.

Bowyn is a wonderful boy who will make an incredible companion for someone who appreciates a smart, loyal dog and can give him the steady, confident guidance he loves.
